SYNOPSIS
In the dead of night, HELEN PENTECOST (60s) faces a chilling demonic assault within the confines of her home. Meanwhile, at her daughter’s house, MADDIE COULTHARD (40s) returns from her shift to find her daughter, POPPY COULTHARD (20s), and Poppy’s boyfriend, CALEB JONES (20s), deep in slumber after a night of revelry. As Maddie attempts to wake Poppy for work, she receives a phone call from the hospital. At the hospital, Helen regains consciousness and shares harrowing flashbacks of her experiences at St. Melvin's boarding school with Maddie. In a shocking revelation, she discloses that Maddie is the daughter of LEVIATHAN, the demon from the Book of Revelations. When Poppy and Caleb arrive, they find themselves entangled in a web of horror as Caleb falls under the seductive spell of ANGELIKA BECK (20s), a malevolent entity disguised as a nurse. Poppy, recognising the danger, asserts herself against the growing chaos. As Caleb lingers in the reception area, a sudden power outage plunges the hospital into darkness. He ventures to Helen’s room, where she becomes the target of an invisible entity's attack. A violent clash ensues between Angelika and Caleb in the corridor, leading to Caleb being knocked unconscious by the invisible force. The menacing entity pursues Helen, Maddie, and Poppy down the haunting corridors of the hospital. Caleb awakens just in time to face another attack from Angelika, leading to a desperate struggle where he defends himself with a shard of glass, delivering a decisive blow. Racing through the eerie hallways with Helen in a wheelchair, the women encounter a mysterious fire that triggers the sprinklers. Trapped by a malfunctioning elevator, they confront Leviathan, who transforms into a figure from Helen’s past at St. Melvin's. In a moment of bravery, Caleb confronts the entity while Maddie seizes an oxygen tank, using it to strike the entity over the head. As the malevolent force bears down on them, the elevator doors finally swing open, sending the entity plummeting into the abyss below. In a daring move, Maddie drops the oxygen tank down the shaft, triggering an explosion that sends the elevator plummeting from above.
